Introduction

The Organisation Chart is a core component of Ready pay (powered by ePayroll) that defines how requests are escalated for approval.

You may have several organisation charts configured on your account as the approval process may be different for different types of requests. For example, expense reimbursement requests may need to be approved by a different manager to the one who approves leave requests.

NOTE: These topics explain how to make changes through the Flow Chart screen. Some basic changes can also be made through the ‘Flow Chart’ tab on each employee’s profile.
