Uploading/Viewing Documents

Introduction

This page describes how an employee can view or upload documents.

Company Wide Documents

Company wide documents are documents which are available to employees across the whole of an organisation.

Typically, these will be various policies and/or procedures.

If your organisation has uploaded company wide documents, you can view them by:

  1. Going to the My Account -> My Account Home screen
  2. Scrolling to the Documents widget (typically about halfway down the screen on the right hand side)
  3. Clicking on the name of the document that you want to view

Employee Documents

Employee documents are documents which are specifically linked to you. Documents that are uploaded may be visible to your manager and the administrator for your organisation.

Depending on the configuration of an employee document field, you may have access to view documents in a field.

To view a document:

  1. Go to the My Account -> Documents screen
  2. Locate the document that you want to view
  3. Click the File name to download a copy of the document

You may also have access to delete a document that has been uploaded. To delete a document:

  1. Go to the My Account -> Documents screen
  2. Locate the document that you want to view
  3. Click the Delete button to te right of the document that you want to delete

You may also have access to upload a new document that has been uploaded. To upload a new document:

  1. Go to the My Account -> Documents screen
  2. Locate the document field that you would like to upload a document into
  3. Click the Choose File or Browse… button (depending on your web browser)
  4. Select the file that you want to upload
  5. Enter a Description for the file
  6. Click the Save Changes button
