Introduction

The Documents module allows you to easily keep all employee related information in a single place. Through this module you can configure Document Fields where files can be uploaded.

A Document Field can be either:

  1. Employee Specific, or
  2. Company Wide

An Employee Document Field allows you to upload documents and attach them to a specific employee.

A Company Document Field allows you to upload documents that are instantly available to all employees within your organisation.

All Document Fields are tracked and Audit Reporting is available to check who uploaded or viewed a document, when that action took place, and the IP Address of the computer that was used to perform the action.

Document Fields can be configured with a number of permissions to ensure that the uploaded documents can only be accessed by the relevant people within your organisation.
