Introduction

This topic describes how to complete the EIF.

Completing the EIF

The EIF will be propulated with:

  • Employee names
  • Default ordinary hours (unless you are using Synchronise)
  • Default paycode values (e.g. for recurring allowances)
  • Leave hours (if you are using Leave Management)
  • Expense reimbursements (if you are using Expense Management)
  • Interpreted hours (if you are using Synchronise Timesheets)

You will need to review these values and amend them in the EIF where required.

You will also need to include any additional payments that are required, for example, bonuses.

If you have any special instructions about a particular employee’s pay, you can add instructions to the Notes field in the second last column for that employee.

Terminating Employees

If you need to notify Ready pay (powered by Aussiepay) that an employee has terminated:

  1. Locate the employee in the EIF
  2. Scroll to the far right of the EIF
  3. Click the Terminate link
  4. Complete the email template and send it to us
