Introduction
This topic describes how an employee can view their leave accrual history.
Viewing leave accrual history
To view your leave accrual history:
- Log into your account
- Click the My Account menu item
- Click the Accrual History menu item
- You will see a table listing your leave balance at each payroll that has been run for you in the current financial year.
To view your leave accrual history for a previous financial year, you can select the required financial year from the Financial Year dropdown at the top of the screen.
Note: You will only be able to see the leave balances which your employer has asked to be visible to their staff. If you need to know the balance for a leave type that isn’t visible, you will need to contact your employer.
